Therefore, researchers from the ESMIMET team at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cartif.com\/en\/\">CARTIF<\/a> have presented this new initiative, which has started this year, and which aims to design a common strategy for the areas of Castilla y Le\u00f3n and central and northern Portugal.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, ICE representatives presented funding conditions that the Institute offers to entities in the mining sector.
